Ultrafiltration

Ultrafiltration systems can remove sub micron particles such as clay and colloids. They can also stop bacteria and can be used in conjunction with disinfection systems. This UF uses a multi port valve to backwash with the option of chlorine dosing to try and keep the UF module clean. UF is difficult because the filters can easily get blinded so it is important to get pre treatment correct.
